Fantastic slag glass panel lamp. This lamp has eight caramel slag glass panels with eight blue slag glass panels at the bottom.  The whole lamp is covered with filigree.  The filigree has birds, cornucopia, roses, and urns.  This lamp has a very large shade and matching light up base.  A very great and unusual panel lamp.
